We are a small company owned and operated by Isaiah Ruffin and Justin Jones, as a partnership. Management style reflects the participation of the owners. The company respects its community of co-workers and quality of the environment and treats both equally well.
Isaiah Ruffin is a graduate of Johnson and Wales University with honors and distinction in Culinary Arts and Food and Beverage Management. Furthermore, Isaiah has a Masters in Sustainable Food Systems from Green Mountain College. His experience with food and beverage, sustainable food systems, and operations is a great asset to this venture.
Justin Jones is a sales and marketing executive with specialized experience in diverse markets. Justin has held senior advisory positions at multiple firms and most recently was a key architect of Austin Community College’s Small Business Development Program.
